I know its slow (off tv season right now) but I haven't needed to reset/login/check/update/etc anything. It has a 10 folder limit, but i'm only ever doing 4 (a torrent/watch folder & data for SR, and same pair for CP). Then, I "accidentally" updated my docker for btsync to v2, and had decided to just go all in for btsync 2.0. So I went back to btsync 1.xx, and it was way better, and just dealt with the random things that would "forget" to sync. It wasn't always that bad with a 500mb file for a show, but it never seemed to work right when you are trying to sync 9GB files for movies. So I'd have half a show, or 2/3's of a movie. I did like that it was all open, but it worked differently than I was expecting, and I had problems with movies/shows getting processed by both CP & SR WAY before they were fully synced. Since I was having random issues with 1.xx, I decided to give syncthing a try. I heard about all the buzz for btsync 2.0, people were pissed/etc/etc. Couldn't pin it down other than btsync seemed to be "forgetting" it, and then SR would think it was incorrect/etc, and delete it. Think 3 tv shows all finish at 10pm, so SR would grab all 3 at once, and the seedbox would dl them all in 30 secs, but only 2 would fully sync back to me. I often had issues where things copied into the "sync" folder (on seedbox, to be synced back home) at the exact same time would never actually sync right.
I've used both (well, three, if you could both btsync versions).ītsync 1.xx was what I first used.
